We provide a full refund for unused letters or Client for Life seats requested within 30 days of purchase. Credits for letters already printed or mailed are non-refundable.

If a piece is misprinted or damaged by USPS, Keystone Letters will reprint it at no charge. Every letter is reviewed in the Mail room before printing.
